【新西兰天维网5月27日报道 援引Stuff消息】5月24日，新西兰建筑学会本年度基督城建筑师奖正式公布，两栋小房子获得了今年的大奖。

由Colab Architecture设计改造的仅有80平米的Urban Cottage是其中一栋大奖建筑，被誉为“城区简洁生活的典范”，这是一栋早期殖民时期的小木屋，进行改造后重新焕发出现代气息。

小屋的公共空间由一条中央走廊与私人空间分隔，这条走廊作为一个物理分隔，也提供了一个非常聪明的储物方案。

评审团还表示，房子还有目的地安排了一个私人院落，一些小花园和有棚的停车库。

另一栋获得大奖的是一栋名为H01的房子，由Maguire and Harford Architects设计建造。这是一栋“在有限场地、有限预算建造的节能高效、内敛优雅的房子”。

评委们称赞这栋房子的雕塑形式，不规则的窗户，以及活泼的外墙砖面，可以同时优化太阳光并减少热量损失。
