Job Title: Loan Administration Officer

Location: Menai

Requirements:

Do you have a minimum of 3 years banking or mortgage broking experience and are you able to ensure that loan applications are completed accurately and on time?

Can you work closely with busy Loan Writers to give extraordinary service to our customers?

Our business is based in Menai in the Sutherland Shire and provides lending services to commercial and residential clients.

To be successful you will have:

• The ability to follow a structured process.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A high level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Be reliable and prompt in your dealings with clients and the

company.

• A positive attitude with focus and dedication.

• Locally based preferred.

• A current driver’s license.

• Police and credit check will be required.

Fluency in a second language will be an advantage in this role

preferably Mandarin.

This is a full time role, with excellent working conditions and your salary will be negotiated depending on experience. Commencement date, immediate.

Our company is based in Menai in the Sutherland Shire and provides mortgages to commercial and residential clients. The role is primarily a mobile one where you will meet clients in their homes and offices both within and outside business hours. Loan administration is supported by our admin team allowing you to focus on the sales function of the role.

Some client appointments/leads will be supplied and you will be required to generate additional leads independently. Your role will be to build a client portfolio by identifying and developing new business sources, grow sales through referral and repeat business, assist with lead conversion and most importantly help our mortgage customers throughout all phases of their loan lifecycle.

A current drivers license, police and credit checks will be required.
