Job Responsibilities:

    Responsible for managing the local Project Delivery team;

    In co-operation with the relevant teams establishing and managing capital budgets for the development projects;

    Strictly maintain budget and schedule for the projects assigned.

    Establishing and maintaining relationships with key industry participants, local government and stakeholders and representing FuWah within the property and construction industries;

    Liaison with consultants as required through the design and construction process.

    Establishing internal practicesand project procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation;

    Monitor day-to-day activities andensure compliance with all established policies and procedures.

    Promoting and maintaining closeand ongoing liaison with other senior management within the Group.

    Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement:

  1. B.A. degree in architecture, engineering,construction management or  closely related field

  2. Minimum 10 years project management experience, ideally with          apartment construction projects.

  3. Familiar with the NZ building code.

  4. High integrity and good professional ethics;

  5. Strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure;

  6. Excellent English is a must, good command of listening and speaking skills in Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferable;                                 

  7. New Zealand citizen or holding New Zealand Permanent Residence visa, and would reside in Auckland.
