Support Ecommerce team with delivery of content and product launches across requested websites
Confidently work with all applications to deliver tasks and site updates on time and to brief
Assist on QA and testing content and production updates on all channels and platforms
Assist with the upload of content and product imagery into the content management system
Work closely with the Ecommerce teams to ensure all products are being displayed appropriately and in a timely manner across all regions
Assist with collating content for the different websites and ecommerce initiatives
Assist with online merchandising for product categories and collections
Monitor on-site search to maximise conversion and minimise failed searches
Assist with regular competitive analysis and sharing insights with the rest of the team
Assist with online trading activities including site search and sort order optimisation, campaigns and promotions, and A/B testing
A keen interest in ecommerce and fashion
Written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency essential. Mastery of French/German/ Italian highly desirable
Capability to multi-task and prioritise to meet tight deadlines
Resourceful and proactive in solving problems and recommending solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point
Experience in using Content Management Systems preferable
Understanding of web analytics
Adaptable and enjoys working in a fast paced environment with a close, communicative team
Experience with Demandware desirable
Strong, energetic character and can-do attitude and the ability to take initiative
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail
Exceptional organisational skills
