ACIC Education Consultant

A leading education consulting firm with a head office located in the CBD area and branch offices in overseas is looking of a full-time Education Consultant to join our head office counseling team. It is a rare opportunity to join this market leader – ideal for those looking to begin their careers in Education – one of Australia`s Largest export industry. this is a customer & sales focused position that involves providing a high level of professional counseling and personal service.
 
Role & Responsibilities
·       Provide academic advice and individual consultation to international student clients
·       Devise study plans and option for students
·       Assist with the students` application/enrolment process
·       Provide and coordinate a range of support services for students including visa and migration
·       Participate in different marketing events and activities
 
Job requirement:
·       At least a degree holder
·       Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin. Multiple language skill is an advantage
·       Has work experience in Australia with related area of customer service, sales or marketing
·       Highly efficient and attention to detail
·       Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality
·       Flexible with positive problem-solving attitude
 
Salary
Au$ 18/ hour + commissions


ACIC Administration assistant:

A leading education consulting firm with a head office located in the CBD and branch offices in overseas is looking for a full-time admissions officer to join our head office team.
This is a challenging and rewarding position for an experienced admin staff that can handle high volume of paperwork and correspondence.
 
 
Duties and responsibilities
·       Manage client`s files and input information from our student clients using Microsoft office;
·       Daily correspondence with student clients.
·       Liaison and relationship building with institutions
·       Support in other marketing and administrative actives.
 
Job requirements
·       At least a bachelor degree is required;
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
·       Able to quickly learn the essentials of relative knowledge from our company;
·       Fluent in both written and speaking English;
·       Excellent in in both written and speaking Mandarin;
·       Responsible and excellent attention to details;
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; building relationships is key;
·       Great time management skills are crucial and highly efficient.
Salary
Au$ 18/ hour + commissions
