最新开放注册的CAAS申请系统，囊括了伊利诺伊大学（UIUC）、华盛顿大学（UW）、马里兰大学、匹兹堡大学等众多原本使用单独申请系统的美国名校！

CAAS系统全称“The Coalition for Access, Affordabilty, and Success”，是哈佛、耶鲁等名校发起的一个新申请系统，旨在让大学申请变得更公平和便捷。CAAS将在今年下半年的本科申请季启用，目前已有90多所美国顶级大学加入，未来有望替代大家熟知的common application。该系统近日开放了账号注册，并公布了文书题目。

“commonapp时代”的美国本科申请，有很多学校（尤其是公立大U）坚持使用自己单独的系统。申请者不得不每个学校分别填写一遍申请资料，其中非常多的工作需要重复进行，浪费了不少精力。CAAS系统解决了这个问题！很多原来不肯加入common application系统的学校，这次慷慨地加入了CAAS。为大家搜索了以下清单：

Describe a time when you made a meaningful contribution to others in which the greater good was your focus.

Discuss the challenges and rewards of making your contribution.Has there been a time when you’ve had a long-cherished or accepted belief challenged？ How did you respond？How did the challenge affect your beliefs？

What is the hardest part of being a teenager now？ What’s the best part？ What advice would you give a younger sibling or friend （assuming they would listen to you）？

Submit an essay on a topic of your choice.
