One of our clients expanding within London is searching for an analyst that is excited about working with real time mergers and acquisitions. With offices in London, Shanghai and Beijing they connect investors to European companies. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for their second role after graduating.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in execution ofdeals - sell side / investment opportunities from entrepreneurs
  

• Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
  

• Co-ordinate other advisers e.g. lawyers, due diligence providers etc
  

• Strategic advice and assistance with deal planning
  

• Cross border M&A transactions
  

Skill & Requirements

• 1 year + experience 
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business Management / Technology is ideal
  

• Prior working experience in M&A (particularly within the Consumer & retail, Healthcare and Technology space)
  

• Strong presentation skills
  

• Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Mandarin/Cantonese)
  

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  

• Strong research and strategic analysis
  

• Exposure to Capital IQ, Merger market and Bloomberg beneficial
