Job Description
Prepare / review detailed construction cost estimates from conceptual design through final construction document level design
Manage tendering / procurement process, prepare / review detailed bids analysis
Cost control in post contract phase: change order management, payment application review
Value engineering, set up work breakdown structure, and prepare task orders
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management / Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying is highly preferred
Ability to use on screen takeoff software
Hotel condo experience is preferred
Chinese speaking is a plus
