Direct Customer Service
Providing high standards of customer services role spanning all forms of communication (including inbound telephone, email, live chat and social media contact)
Helping customers to register online
Liaising with customers with regards to returns, order status and providing general timeline logistics information
Ensuring a totally seamless customer experience and providing product advice
Dealing with complaints and escalations
Order Processing
Order processing on the in-house software system
Liaising with the shipping department to solve issues raised by customers with regard to either orders or returns
Tracking orders
Assisting the finance department with customers on security checks (calls or emails) and any accounting enquiries and flag accounting issues raised by customers
Essential Skills And Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin and / or Cantonese (written and spoken)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Strong experience in customer service or / and luxury sales
Keen interest in fashion and luxury brands
