Job Description

Eastdil Secured have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our London office as part of the Hotel team. This person is capable in analytics, writing and marketing, and should have a background in finance, real estate and / or hospitality. The ideal candidate should also be fluent in Mandarin and / or other Asian languages and have knowledge of Asian capital markets as they would be involved in supporting the marketing and client relationship management efforts of the Asia marketing team. 
The company is a real estate investment bank specialising in institutional property sales, large property financings, sale of existing mortgages, hotelsales and financings, debt placement in the secondary market and corporate finance and capital raising for real estate companies.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with senior team members on presentations and financialan alysis
  

• Assisting team in underwriting for asset sales and debt placement across all property types
  

• Performing comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis
  

• Due diligence collection and review
  

• Creating pitches, proposals, and marketing materials

Skills And Certifications

Candidates must demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, personal motivation, and distinguished written and oral communication skills. Candidates are required to manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.  

It Is Strongly Preferred That Your Background Includes

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree with coursework in financial accounting, finance and / or realestate Master’s degree in Business Administration with academic distinction and preferably previous work experience in corporate finance and / or real estate inthe hotel sector

• Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance

• Proven ability to take on significant responsibility

• Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, and team environment

• Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented

• An individual who demonstrates a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results

• Languages desirable: Mandarin & Japanese
