职位描述

• Understand the client’s job descriptions and job requirements accurately

• Handle the projects independently

• Search potential candidates promptly or by the means of headhunting

• Interview and identify appropriate candidates

• Recommend candidates and follow up the whole process effectively

• Give both Clients and  candidates advice according to job market and career development

• Develop and maintain good relations with existing clients

• Develop the new business opportunities

职位要求

• Education: Bachelor or above degrees

• Fresh Graduates majored in Human Resources, Marketing & Sales, Business and Finance

• Be interested in global recruiting, with overseas study background with broad resources or Knowledge of IT or Finance industries will be a big plus

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, not afraid to make cold calls to unknown people, like to work with team

• Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
