腊肠糙米饭
首先,来一款可以充分果腹的主食吧!咋一眼看上去好像好高级好复杂的样子,其实做法超级简单呢!

所需食材:糙米、腊肠和虾皮均可在英国境内的中国超市购买,大米和菇片都可以在tesco等英国连锁超市购买。

做法:1.糙米淘净用水浸泡4小时后,与大米混合,加足够的水再浸泡30分钟;2.腊肠切成片 ,双鲍菇切小片,虾皮切碎一些;3.切好的腊肠片、菇片和虾皮倒入米中,再调入少许盐和油,搅拌均匀;4.入电饭锅中煮至熟,煮熟后拌匀,撒上葱花即可。

电饭锅黑椒翅根

这款黑椒翅根方便快捷,黑椒味又好下饭,简直是懒人们的挚爱呢!


所需食材:鸡翅根、红酒、黑椒、葱、姜、糖和盐均可在英国连锁超市购买,生抽老抽可在各大中国超市购买。



做法:1.鸡翅根洗净焯下血水;2.加入少许红酒、葱姜片、黑椒碎、糖 、盐、生抽、老抽、少许油,放在袋子里按摩充分入味,在冰箱里腌制几个小时;3.倒入电饭锅,煮饭档焖煎熟透即可

毛豆蛋饼鲜虾粥

冬天和什么食物最配?那当然是热腾腾的粥啊。这款粥营养丰富又健康,关键是,制作方式不要太简单!


所需食材:鸡蛋,虾仁、米和盐,均可在英国各大连锁超市购买。


做法:1.电饭煲按煮饭键入油,入加盐打散的蛋液,摊成蛋饼盛出切碎;2.虾去虾线,去头去壳洗净,用盐.料酒腌下;3.正常方法做好粥后,把虾仁和剥好的毛豆放入粥里;4.按下煮饭键,不盖盖,用勺一直翻拌,约5min,待虾仁完全熟透即断电,出锅前加盐调味;5.粥盛碗中,加蛋饼碎点缀即可

电饭煲芝士蛋糕
除了正餐,看似复杂的饭后甜点其实一样也有懒人做法呢!就像这款可口的芝士蛋糕,做法简捷,而且味道丝毫不比餐厅里吃到的逊色哦!

 

所需食材:奶油,黄油,牛奶,鸡蛋,柠檬汁,均可在英国各大连锁超市购买。


做法:1.奶油奶酪加黄油.牛奶拌匀;2.蛋黄打散加牛奶.面粉.糖拌匀;3.1和2混合拌匀;4.蛋白加几滴柠檬汁和开始打发;5.预热电饭煲6.舀一半蛋白到3中,上下翻拌匀后入剩下的蛋白中,翻拌匀;7.放黄油在电饭煲里抹匀内壁,倒入4,用半湿毛巾盖住出气口,盖盖焖10min开始煮5min饭,焖20min再煮5min即可

蚝香培根金针卷
不喜欢吃甜食?没关系,这款方便快捷的小吃可以满足你爱吃肉不还吃甜点的心呢!


所需食材:培根可在各大英国超市购买,金针菇可到各大中国超市购买


做法:1.金针菇用清水洗净,培根长片对半切开;2.金针菇放于培根上,卷起;3.卷好的培根金针卷,放入电饭煲中蒸5分钟取出;4.用蒜泥、橄榄油、蚝油、糖、湿淀粉调成汁,放微波炉里转1-2分钟取出;5.浇淋于培根金针卷上即成

Customers Service (3) Urgent

Quality Assurance


A leading Chinese foodmanufacture by producing frozen Chinese food in the UK. Our majority customers are Chinese supermarket and cash &carryin UK and European countries.


We are currently recruiting for the position of Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for the day to day quality assurance activities relating to manufactured, assembled & supplied products within a busy food manufactue.You will be heavily involved in paperwork, HACCP, quality management systems.


We welcome applications from candidates of all ages, nationalities.


The ideal candidate will be apositive, outgoing and a self motivated individual.


Skill requirement:

  • draft quality assurance policies and procedures

  • interpret and implement quality assurance standards

  • evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards

  • devise sampling procedures and directions forrecording and reporting quality data

  • review the implementation and efficiency ofquality and inspection systems

  • plan, conduct and monitor testing andinspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality

  • document internal audits and other quality assurance activities

  • investigate customer complaints andnon-conformance issues

  • collect and compile statistical quality data

  • analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

  • develop, recommend and monitor corrective andpreventive actions

  • prepare reports to communicate outcomes ofquality activities

  • identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

  • coordinate and support on-site audits conductedby external providers

  • evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’sdegree preferred inAgriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.

  • Certificationsan advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality ImprovementAssociate, Six Sigma

  • Full understanding of food industrydynamics

  • Qualityinspection, auditing and testing experience

  •  Experience with implementation of correctiveaction programs

  •  Product or industry-specific experience

  •  Strong computer skills including MicrosoftOffice and databases

  •  Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologiesof QA

  •  Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements

  • Strong communication, problem solving and teamworking skills

  • Ability to work flexibility, when necessary
