This is an exciting opportunity to be involved with an already successful CGI service that is looking to employ a great local production team.

If you grasp the whole idea that architects and interior designers need a hassle-free CGI service that saves their time and effort, whilst delivering visualizations that help persuade key decision-makers and stakeholders to favour their designs over others, then you’ll fit right in.

As a Project Manager you’ll be monitoring the production accuracy of allCGI projects organised through our London base. 

You WILL be very busy, and sometimes work long hours, however we have a "give and take" attitude to those who work their socks off, and are justly rewarded for their efforts.

Weekend work is occasional and flexible working (hours / location) will be considered. 

You will be managing each project from initial briefing, costing and planning through to checking job progress in coordination with our offshore production studios to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all projects.

Base salary commensurate with experience (+ commission option), modern office in central London location (10 mins walk to tube(s) and Thameslink) , 21 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays), free tea and coffee (sometimes cakes!)

-   Work closely with the London Account Manager and Director to understand all new project requirements in detail

-   Set up project orders so that CGI production teams are fully aware of all project requirements

-   Monitor project progress with production teams to ensure all quality checking processes are adhered to

-   Liaise with production teams to ensure that accurate in-progress drafts are provided to the client every time

-   Co-ordinate with production teams to ensure that visualizations are delivered on-time

-   Trouble-shoot any inconsistencies / problems that may arise

-   Offer creative advice where needed

-   Ensure that projects are invoiced and client account records are maintained

-   Liaise with Account Manager / Director to assist follow-up with client to gain and record project feedback (CRM)

-   Produce project and client reports as and when requested

-   Architectural visualisation project management experience

-   Demonstrable organisational and communication skills

-   Demonstrable ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment

-   A keen eye for architectural and interior design detail

-   A good level of numeracy

-   Excellent customer service

-   Exhibit a high degree of self-motivation and enthusiasm

-   Possesses the skills to work both independently and as part of a team

-   Knowledge of CAD, 3D modelling, CGI production techniques

-   Additional language skills in Mandarin and Spanish would be advantageous

-   Architectural or photography related experience

-   Practical knowledge of CRM, Sage or Quickbooks

-   Research experience

-   Can-do approach to problem solving
