Connect you to the world’s major exchanges andprovide in-house risk management, trading mentorship, and dedicated IT support.

We are constantlylooking to expand our team with good talents whomare passionate about the financial markets. Our professional team offer extensivetrading programs at all levels to support and help novice and experiencedtraders to take advantage of market volatility. Ourmission is to nurture professional traders with experience and allow them togain responsibility with our company’s fund for a profit split.

There are two careerprograms that are currently being advertised:

Graduates & Undergraduates Internship

This program is design for novice beginners toget firsthand experience of what it is like to be on the trading floor. Throughout the internshipwe offer a three-level training sessions with our senior leaders and tradingprofessionals who are also professors at top universities to ensure you arenurtured with the essential knowledge.

Level 1 ensures you understand the most fundamental concepts ofthe financial industry.

Level 2 provides trading and economic-specific simulationtraining designed to help you succeed in the financial markets.

Level 3 gives you a sense of what you would be doing,day-to-day, as a full-time trader.

Eligibility

·We recruit from allrelevant academic disciplines.

·Ability to self-motivate,multi-task and work independently.

·Fluency in English is aprerequisite.

·Good communication andinterpersonal skills.

·Hardworking and strongwillingness to learn.

·Analytical skills andattention to details.

·Ability to self-motivate,multi-task and prioritize.

·Ability to work independentlybut also as part of a team.

·Demonstrate interest andpassion in trading, financial markets, and technology.

·Understand and be preparedto deal with the challenges of working on a mission critical trading platform.

Careers Programme

We offer a very intensive three-months career programme on ourtrading floor with accreditation provided. Traders will be situatedon our state of the art trading floor with other professional traders whohave decades of collective experience capable hand. This will enablethe traders to interact and gain first-hand information on how LDN Capitaltraders analyse and execute trades in the live markets.

Eligibility:

·Good academic background orstrong experience in the financial market.

·Fluency in English is a prerequisite.

·Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.

·Ability to self-motivate,multi-task and prioritize.

·Ability to workindependently but also as part of a team.

·Demonstrate experience intrading, financial markets, and technology.

·Strong communication skillsand a desire to work in a team environment.

·Basic understanding offinancial products (Securities, derivative bonds, equities, bonds, etc).

·Experience in RiskManagement Analysis is preferred.

·Understand and be preparedto deal with the challenges of working on a mission critical trading platform.

·Previous financialexperience and computer science background preferred.
