How to Get Glowing Skin for Summer

Summer is on the way and it’s time to think about one of your best accessories… your skin. With a little bit of care, you can get your skin absolutely glowing, just in time for summer.
Here are 5 easy ways to make it happen:

1. Hydrate
Even though our bodies are made up of 65% water, many of us live in a constant state of dehydration. This can take its toll on our skin very quickly, making it appear dull or dry, and even lacking elasticity and plumpness. Humans need two litres of fluids (water or herbal teas) a day or more if they’re exercising.
