We currently looking for the Candidates to join our rapidly growing business.

Job Tasks

• Liaise with the Head office, Customer service team over email, telephone and instant messaging

• To assist in marketing & developing local business & new clients

• To arrange and organise business meeting for the Director

• Look after Client Account and related admin support

• Work closely with other departments

• General ad hoc administration

Candidate Profile

• A confident and organised individual, with proven sales support experience

• One who thrives in a challenge

• Great attention to detail

• A problem solver

• Proficient with Microsoft Office packages

• Works effectively - Demonstrates a good sense of priorities, structures workload effectively and delivers consistently good results

• Ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels within the business

• Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable person a and a good telephone manner

• Bilingual (English & Mandarin) will be a plus
