The Opportunity
I work on behalf of a world leading multi-disciplinary consultancy who are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their London office.
You must be from a Building Services background with at least 3 years post grad experience across multiple projects – Stadiums, Commercial, Residential (high end).
Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
To seek and record evidence of, continuing professional development (CPD) in accordance with the requirements of the appropriate institution
Lead, co-ordinate and integrate the work of members of the external project team and associated professionals
To manage the design process and co-ordinate engineering activities relating to the project
Train and mentor junior members of the team
Skills And Experience In The Following are Essential
Understanding of financial aspects of running a design project on time and on budget
HVAC
AutoCAD
Microsoft Office
Revit
Microstation
Aecosim
IES
Chartered or working towards becoming Chartered
Mandarin speaking (desirable)
