描述：A British edgy and elegant luxury shoes brand is looking for a mandarin sales assistant to work in one of their fabulous boutique in central London. The brand has been introduced by a lot of celebrities and royal family.
The ideal candidate has to have a strong clientele skills and understand Chinese market, ideally with a strong client book but not necessary, salary up to £23k plus 1.25% personal commission.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Have a passion for luxury fashion, and understand the current trends of the market.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationship.

- Fluent in Mandarin as well as English.
- Proven track record of sales excellence individually and within a team.
描述：The Vertu Sales Consultant is the most visible ambassador of the Vertu brand and retail culture.
He/she provides a professional sales experience by assessing the needs of each individual customer and providing relevant and tailored assistance. The Sales Consultant demonstrates confidently the features and benefits of the device according to the customers’ needs. Reporting to the Store Manager, he/she collaborates with his/her colleagues to achieve the sales targets, by providing extraordinary customer services. As assigned by the Store Manager, he/she participates in the day-to-day operations of the store including visual merchandising activities, inventory management all in accordance to the guidelines of the company. The sales consultant must be a Chinese or Arabic speaker.
In general, the responsibilities are organized around following areas:
Achieve Sales Target
With the sales target of the store, the Sales Consultant has to maximize the sales and contribute to the sales target achievement through taking initiatives to maximize sales opportunities and taking the customer through the selling process. Wherever possible, he/she needs to offer support to other staff in the store in order to carry out the selling process more effectively.
The Sales consultant needs to receive visitors, proactively provide assistance to them. He/she needs to assess their needs and provide consultation on product features and propose the relevant benefits according to their requirements.
Customer acquisition and relationship management
He/she needs to actively solicit visitors’ information and turn them to customers. He/she needs to maintain regular contacts with customers for maintaining good relationship, and maximize sales opportunities with them.
He/she needs to actively attend to customers’ request for repair and complaints in a professional manner in order to maximize customer satisfaction with the company’s guideline adhered.
Carry out duties as assigned by the Store Manager
He/she needs to carry out duties as assigned by the Store Manager through job rotation or on an ad hoc basis for the good image and proper operations of the store. These duties include but not limited to visual merchandizing, inventory management, tidiness of the store, etc. He/she needs to be well versed with the company’s policies and guidelines and adhere to them for the purpose of maintaining a good operations and proper image of the store.
