Are you looking for a new opportunity in the exciting world of luxury fashion ecommerce? Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting for Mandarin and Cantonese Speaking Customer Relations Advisor to join the Customer Service team of a major fashion company based in London.

You will be working with high profile fashion brands dealing with an exclusive international clientele. You will need to be commercially driven and customer service oriented to succeed in this role; in return you will gain the opportunity to work in an international and fun environment at a company with an outstanding reputation and fantastic future prospects and will have the chance to earn a performance based bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with product enquiries

• Updating and maintaining the order database

• Assisting clients registering online and having their orders processed through the website

• Assisting Mandarin and Cantonese speaking customers with any issues regarding returns ororders via email and phone

• Dealing with any complaints in a timely manner – escalating any issues to relevant departments

• Dealing with late returns or faulty goods issues

• Regular liaison with the shipping department

• Liaison with the fulfilment team when necessary

• Assisting the finance department with security checks (taking inbound calls and emails)

• Dealing with any other accounting enquiries

• Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

• Excellent English and Mandarin and Cantonese language skills both verbal and written

• Fluency in any other language is an advantage

• Proven experience in Customer Service or Order Administration, or Retail Sales Assistance

• Flexibility and team orientation essential

• Strong MS Office

This position involves rotational shifts and occasional weekend work
