To maximise retail target achievement for LVMH Fragrance retail business, in accordance with the Company Sales & Marketing plan.
The Beauty Consultant promotes the Brand image and therefore needs to provide the highest standard in Customer service consistent with Brand values.
Retail Target achievement: Agree with Business Mgr/ Area Mgr to:
- Achieve personal productivity targets set for each calendar year
- Fulfil the requirements of GIVENCHY Selling C H I C Sales model: C* – Customer approach / shopper stopping and introducing Customers to brand, *H – Have an understanding of Customer Need & probe to get a clear understanding of need, I* – Initiate a discussion of their requirements to propose & demonstrate personalised product offers across 3 brand axes (fragrance / make-up & skincare), *C – Close the Sale & invite the Customer a return appointment & follow-up service
- Assist in development of events in store (planning these ideally 4-6 weeks ahead)
- Support Event sites (if needed)
- Assist and coach new joiners in stores with Induction to LVMH Fragrance brands and ensure they understand and adopt brand standards
- Monitor Stock levels, reporting any issues to Business Mgr / Area Mgr immediately to ensure there is sufficient stock to drive business
- Conduct all assigned operational & administrative tasks
- Respect corporate & counter rules (including attendance, punctuality & adherence to store rules & procedures)
- Adherence to GIVENCHY Grooming guidelines – using relevant make-up (incl. New shades and colour) as appropriate considering the season & Brand priority
Candidates Profile:
- Self-motivator
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Work Experience:
- The candidate preferably has a previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty or fashion environment
Education Background:
- Ideally, the candidate should be at least GCSE qualification or equivalent
Other Requirements:
- Must be passionate about make up and skincare, and have experience of make up application
- To work reasonable additional hours outside of contractual hours
- Specialization in fragrance, make-up or skincare
- Counter / Sales Management
- Coaching / Training
- Other career opportunities at head office
