Wednesday, October 19, 18:30  College Path and Guidelines for Non-Traditional Students

A non-traditional student is a student whose education was interrupted due to personal or professional reasons and now seeks a college experience tailored for a more mature and independent student. As you may know, Columbia University is an Ivy League institution that provides a rigorous liberal arts education to both traditional students (coming straight out of high school) and non-traditional students (who have a minimum of 1 year gap in education). The Shanghai American Center is happy to host Ms. Diana Kim, Admissions Manager, School of General Studies, to deliver a speech about non-traditional study at the center.
