Digital wealth management generally - talking clients through the concept and its position in the investment management landscape
Our product - providing clients and prospective clients with information on our product and how MoneyFarm differs from peers
Investments - explain how our asset allocation and investment teams invest our clients savings and providing updates on our investment views
As VP of CRM you will oversee all of the UK and Italian CRM functions. You will not only drive growth across our core business but will also specifically look at ways to increase brand awareness within the HNWI of the Asian Markets using your existing network and experience in a start-up environment.
- Overall management responsibility of the Italy and UK teams with 2 to 5 direct reports
- Deliver on CRM OKR’s with focus on growing AUM and client base
- Grow CRM teams in line with the needs of the business
- Work closely with business heads and executive team to enhance productivity and customer experience
- Sole responsibility for researching and developing ways of building HNW investments specifically from Asian client market
- Fluent Mandarin and fluent English is a must
- Experience in mapping B2C/B2B Asian markets
- Proven experience in driving sales
- Experience in managing diverse teams, ideally across multiple locations
- Previous exposure to high growth / start up environments
- Wealth management experience is a must
- MBA from a leading school or equivalent experience
- Experience in bulge bracket private bank focusing on HNW Asian clients in London
- Experience in investment management and private equity backed businesses
