零售店销售助理职位描述

描述:

我们是位于列治文的一家以顾客为中心的时尚母婴儿童用品店。我们寻求具有激情、专注、具有能动性的员工,可以帮助新手父母挑选适合他们的孩子家具,婴儿车,汽车座椅等。我们以丰富的知识和优质的客户服务而自豪。我们寻求兼职和全职,可以每周工作2-5天,同时具有周末调班能力的员工。


要求:

至少两年的销售方面经验

可靠的适应工作的需求,独立完成工作

出色的语言沟通,交际能力

灵活的日程安排并可以周末调班

高素质,高追求,高自主能动性,高热情

能为顾客设身处地思考的个性,为顾客提供优质服务

行业经验者优先,在本行业内工作过或者自己有孩子者均纳入考虑

职责:

以顾客为中心,做母婴产品的专家

协助顾客挑选其所需的最适合的产品,耐心解决顾客提出的问题。

创造最佳的顾客购物体验。

协助整店的产品销售

常规性接受物流和整理货架

帮助维护和组织库房和销售区域的整洁有序

帮助顾客查询订单等

要求:

具有仓储管理、库房物流等方面的经验(至少一年)

拥有合法的驾照

能够移动和搬运家具等产品

具有团队协作能力

具有多语言沟通能力(中/英)

高中或同等以上学历


职责:

接受货物,完成商品扫码入库

拨打产品热线,联系物流公司

可以进行商品的递送

清洁

维持库房的整洁有序

检验家具

查询顾客订单

能与销售团队进行日常的沟通,更新库存状况等

Retail Store Manager Description

Description:

We are a Cool and Customer-Centered Baby and Kids Storelocated in Richmond. We are looking for motivated, dedicated and excited staffto manage our local store. Retail Store Manager will manage and develop aprofessional staff of sales associates to drive sales, provide excellentservice to our customers, meet company goals, and maximize store promotions andmarketing initiatives. Sales growth to be achieved by training and coachingyour staff to accomplish their professional and financial goals. The StoreManager must also possess exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills.Retail Store Manager responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching,merchandising, selling and exceeding customer expectations.


Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in retail management

• Highly motivated and charismatic, energetic

• Computer proficiency with Windows based applications

• Retail, display design, and business training anadded benefit

• Formal sales training an asset

• Industry experience is an asset


Responsibilities:

Operation

• Opening/ Closing Store

• Cashingout – balancing daily transactions

• Organizing/ Participating in special promotions, displays and events

• Findingways to increase sales and improve efficiencies, ensuring that sales targetsare met


Managing Sales Associates:

• Human Resources - dealing with staffing issues,interviewing potential staff, performing performance reviews, organizingtraining and development

• Assigning duties on a daily basis

• Scheduling of all staff

• Product knowledge support/backup for sales associates

• Motivating staff

• Sales Associate Training - Providing in-housetraining and organizing outside rep training


Customer Service:

• Customer Escalations - handling customer complaintsor inquires requiring a manager

• Ensure that all staff deliver an excellent customershopping experience

• Manager authorizations for pricing and returns,special situations


Sales Support:

• Lead salesperson responsible for leading by example

• Participate in routine day to day activities such asserving customers, cleaning, stocking shelves, etc.


Store Appearance/Image:

•Ensuring staff meet company dress code

•Merchandising, general store appearance, floordisplays, and layout

•Signage - Oversee design and creation of all in-storesignage


Other:

• Productvisionary - researching the latest products via internet, trade magazines, orcustomer requests and making recommendations for purchase

• Competitiveawareness - monitoring competitors, market trends, and customer expectations

• Marketing- identifying ways of promoting in the local community and driving traffic


Report to: District Manager

Direct Reports: Assistant Store Manager,Retail Associates

Hours: Full Time Hourly, 40+ hours per week,open availability required
