Marketing Media and Partnerships Manager will be managing our Global Media Agency to deliver high performing media solutions across the region with the ability to drive innovation and deliver commercial results.

This position will be central to developing and implementing media, competitive reporting, media effectiveness, content distribution and agency management in China.

With drive, motivation and energy, you will be responsible for delivering on the following:
 
·  Planning and implementing the global media strategy in China
Ensure consistent metrics to understand and improve media performance, business growth and productivity (business efficiency and effectiveness) 

·  Enable effective reviews by working with the Sydney office, our media agency and internal stakeholders to aggregate media reports and performance reviews

·  Design and implement processes and policies to improve Tourism Australia's ability to partner at scale

·  Manage the Media Agency to ensure KPI's on track, including timesheet review and resource analysis, relationship health, measures relating to contractual performance and finance

·  Develop and execute annual media plans that lead to critical behavioural change amongst Tourism Australia's target market

·  Work with the Media team on the roll out of new technology and programmatic solutions across China, ensuring that data collection, reporting and collaboration is a priority

To deliver on the above, your resume will demonstrate the following:
 
·  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or similar related field

·  Previous demonstrated experience in the media environment including owned, earned, shared and paid

·  Proven experience working with agencies, cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders

·  Finance savvy with strong analytical and reporting skills

·  Budget management in cash flow projection, forecasting and reconciliation

·  Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet desired results within timelines
Ensuring the 'best bang for your buck' applying solid negotiation skills

·  Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

·  Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

The icing on the cake (desired) but not essential:
 
·  End to end experience with the creative development process

·  Experience working in the tourism industry or Australian holiday destinations
