5、鼓励团队提高销售业绩,具有较强的团队领导力和组织力、具有很强的责任心,擅长沟通与协调

9、有能力拓展业务,尽量减少损失

Store Manager & Assistants- Grocery and Fresh Produce

We are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager & Assistants for a new store opening of our Fresh Produce, Grocery and Deli store situated in Chadstone.


You will have previous experience in opening a new store and would be involved in the preparation leading up to its opening including but not limited to: the hiring process of a new team, setup of POS, stock management and merchandising standards. Your primary responsibility thereafter would be to look after the day to day operations of the business.


Our ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

• 5 years practical experience, preferably in fresh produce and grocery store management.

• An excellent understanding of stock merchandising.

• Understanding of controlling and dealing with shrinkage.

• Ability to motivate and willing to assist other members of the team to ensure they complete tasks.

• Assign roles and track performance of team members.

• Take pride in their work and reflect that through the store appearance and performance.

• Demonstrate their ability to improve the sales performance of the business.

• Hiring, training and performance management of staff.

Candidates must have the following abilities and competencies:

• Demonstrated ability in dealing with stock management and merchandising, you must be physically capable of performing manual handling and being active for long periods of time.

• Exceptional customer service and sales skills.

• Experience creating & managing budgets & sales targets.

• Ability to grow the business and minimise loss.

• Willingness to work flexible hours as the business requires.

• Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.

• Exceptional problem solving and attention to detail.

• Fluent written and verbal English/Chinese language skills.

• Computer literacy: specifically, POS systems and stock management systems.

• Understanding and appreciation of OHS and Food Safety regulations and the capacity to enforce relevant legislation.

• Capacity to decide and organise the buying of produce direct from the markets and set pricing accordingly.

• Managing budgets and wages.


Assistant recruitment conditions may be reduced as appropriate and there is an opportunity to be trained to become a manager.
