PTE考试中英文日期时间表达方式是考生们常常会用到的，今天就让我们来汇总学习一下。
任何时间用“小时 + 分钟”直接读：
3:40 three forty
4:30 four thirty
5:20 five twenty
现在是六点整
It's six.
It's six o'clock.
It's six o'clock sharp.
It's exactly six o'clock.
It's six o'clock on the dot.
It's six o'clock on the nose.
可以用“（相差的）分钟 + to + （下一）小时”
3:49 eleven to four
8:50 ten to nine
9:34 twenty-six to ten
可以用“half + past + 小时”
4:30 half past four
11:30 half past eleven
可以用“分钟 + past + 小时”
8:50 fifty past eight
9:10 ten past nine
10:25 twenty-five past ten
有三种表达方式： （15分钟又叫一刻钟：a quarter）
10:15 - ten fifteen fifteen past eleven a quarter past eleven
5:45 - five forty-five fifteen to six a quarter to six
It's just after five. 刚过五点。
It's almost five. 马上到五点了。
It's not quite five. 还不到五点。
可在时间后加上a.m.，如：
fifteen past nine a.m.（上午九点十五分）。
可在时间后加上p.m.，如：
five o'clock p.m.（下午五点）。
noon 和 midnight 可分别直接表示白天和夜晚的12点：
It's (twelve) noon. 现在是中午十二点。
It's (twelve) midnight. 现在是半夜零点。
1. 用“定冠词+(世纪百位进数+十位年代数)+s”表示
例：在二十世纪四十年代
写作：in the 1940s
读作：in the nineteen forties 或 in the forties of the twentieth century
2. 表达某年代的早、中、晚期，可在定冠词后+ early, mid- ：
在二十世纪八十年代早期 in the early 1980s
在二十世纪六十年代中期 in the mid-1960s
1. 用“定冠词+序数词+century”表示
例：在十九世纪
写作：in the 19th century
读作：in the nineteenth century
2. 用“定冠词+百位进数+s”表示
例：在十九世纪
写作：in the 1900s
读作：in the nineteen hundreds
（PS：这样表示的世纪数是阿拉伯数字本身加一。）
