Maple Dragon Orchestra - Awards Ceremony
1月24日中午12时，合肥加拿大国际学校枫叶龙乐团在国际部一楼报告厅举行了“乐团之星”和”乐团首席”的颁奖仪式。
CISH Maple Dragon Orchestra held the award ceremony of “Star of Orchestra” and “Orchestral Chief Player” on January 24th in the small auditorium.
在去年一个学期的乐团课程和首次全体乐团的表演中，有许多表现优秀的学生给大家留下了深刻的印象。经过乐团办公室研究，决定对于表现认真努力，进步明显的学生授予“乐团之星”头衔以示嘉奖，而将各声部具备优秀演奏技巧和良好领导力的学生选为声部首席。
In last semester’s orchestral courses and the first performance of the band there were many excellent students who left a deep impression with all of us. The orchestra administrative office decided to award those students who worked hard and made significant progress. The honorable title of “Star of Orchestra” was awarded to those students with excellent performance skills and the award of “Orchestral Chief Player” to those who showed brilliant leadership skills.
综合学生的各项表现，此次一共选出了17位乐团之星和9名声部首席。由乐团总监Leo和Michael为获奖学生颁发了“乐团之星”荣誉证书，校长Peggy女士为9名声部首席颁发了聘书。
Considering the overall performances of the students, 17 students were selected to be awarded with the title “Star of Orchestra” and 9 students were awarded the title of “Orchestral Chief Player”.
Leo, director of the Orchestra, and Michael Allen issued the honor certificates to winners of “Star of Orchestra” and Mrs. Mitchell issued a letter of appointment to winners of“Orchestral Chief Player”.
让我们对获奖同学给予热烈祝贺，期待他们今后在乐团中有持续良好的表现！也期待更多的学生能够在下一次评选中获得荣誉。（附乐团之星和声部首席名单）
