The main responses and duties of the Creative Director will be;

• Leading commercial and partnership channels with different brands and PR companies in creative and fashion industry

• Provide strategic direction and leadership from a creative stand-point from pitch through to execution and campaign review

• Initiate and lead brainstorming, strategizing, and concept development, and participate in project execution (this will include writing and may include directing, and editing videos)

• Build and maintain a solid working relationship with all stakeholders throughout the course of the project

• Manage creative for multiple ongoing projects.

• Ensure all deliverables meet Oister Creative editorial standard and Brand values.

• Solve problems with solutions that can be standardized, repeated, improved upon.

• Become a brand ambassador, representing the company, reflecting our organizational values

• Managing media contents on various Chinese social media accounts such as WeChat Public Account, WeiBo Account, Miaopai, Dui Tang, and Tencent Video

Our ideal candidate will have;

• Fluency in English and mandarin, Excellent written and oral communication skills with our clients and suppliers in both China and UK.

• 3 years industrial experiences.

• Related degree is required

• Creative, production, or professional writing experience

• An intuitive sense for storytelling

• Energized by the evolving landscape of a startup environment

• Excellent time/project management skills

• A strong foundation in and understanding wildlife conservation are preferred.
