据REIV数据显示，本周末8月11日，将迎来2010年之后最强劲的拍卖周末，继上周末房产拍卖清盘率爬升到72%之后，本周房产市场希望迎来更激烈的拍卖结果。本周共有610套房产将在一天之内拍卖，其中预计拍卖价格最高的13套房产集中在传统富人区Richmond及Brighton。

This weekend the REIV is expecting around 610 auctions. The highest volume of auctions is expected to be found in Richmond and Brighton with 13 auctions scheduled.
This is the highest number of auctions scheduled for a weekend in August since 2010, which also coincided with the weekend after the last federal election. There were 757 auctions held on that particular weekend and included some auctions that were postponed to avoid being held on election day.
