The Henderson Beach Resort Hotel EB-5 Project is a five-starresort and spa located in beautiful Northwest Florida. Henderson Beach Resort is developed byDunavant Enterprises and will be managed by Salamander Hospitality, one of themost well-known and respected names in luxury resort management. The project will raise $53 million in EB-5funds. Construction began in December2013 and will be completed in early 2016.

亨德森海滨度假酒店EB-5项目是一家五星级度假村酒店，位于美丽的佛罗里达州西北部。亨德森海滨度假酒店的开发商是杜纳万特集团，管理方是萨拉曼德酒店及度假村管理公司，这是一家声名显赫的奢华度假村管理公司。本项目将筹集5300万美元的EB-5资金。本项目已于2013年12月动工开始建设并将于2016年初竣工。
