About AIG

Alpha Incubation Group (AIG) is a business incubation centre. We provide help to new start-ups and/or existing small businesses with low cost working venue and facilities, designated professional mentoring and training programs, funding and investor pursuing, commercial and legal process facilitation and other consulting services.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Providing advice to clients on Alpha  business and incubation issues.

  2. Assistance to senior consultants, preparation of documents,

  3. Communication with customers and relevant authorities for general enquiries, record keeping, customer services and marketing.

  4. Establishing administrative document formats and document control system manage and maintaining all documentation filing.

  5. Having innovative ideas to give advice for marketing materials design.

Qualifications: 

  1. Bachelor degree or above

  2. Proficient in typography and design.

  3. Innovative and imaginative thinker who enjoys creative thinking and developing creative concepts.

  4. Highly skilled using MS Office Suite.

  5. Great communication and customer service skills, confident, responsible and enthusiastic.

  6. Proficient in English. Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) is a bonus.

  7. A good understand of finance, business management and IT applications would be an advantage

  8. Australia resident is preferred.
