澳洲人报14日消息，阿伯特政府否决了牙医协会要求把牙医从SOL清单免除的要求，但是为了表达安抚本地人情绪，移民部副部长Cash说2014/15年度会计职业配额将削减大约一半，降至5000个左右。
2014/15年度普通技术移民GSM的配额为43990人，这不包括雇主担保和州担保等其他技术移民，全部技术移民为19万配额的68%，月12.5万人。
澳洲政府通常按就业市场总规模的6%这个比率来确定移民职业清单上(SOL)每个职业的配额，一般称作“职业封顶”数额(Occupational Ceiling)。日前，助理移民部长Michaelia Cash 称政府决定把会计职业的计算比率降低至3%, 以限制此职业的申请数量。根据这一比率计算，新年度会计的配额将降至5000左右。

建议大家：
会计移民少了1000个位置，不够成严重影响，但是部分月份邀请可能分数会到65分，要注意避开高峰期，或者说提供自己分数；
多看看其他专业，特别是没多少人申请的专业；
一定要找专业顾问进行规划；
随着配额的减少, 移民局应该会像去年一样, 对会计的每月EOI的发放有个数量的限制。按照5000的配额的计算, 每个月发放的数量是800左右,按照一个月发放两次, 那么每次的发放数量是400左右。这意味着什么?我们任意例举一个月来说: 如果这个月会计65分的偏多, 那么65分先被邀请,60分只能排到下月了,反过来如果达盗5分的不多, 那么此月还是60分可以邀请。以上的分析就存在了一个情况, 就是会计可能需要65分了, 那么65分我们该如何计算?
1: 年龄25分+学历15分+两年学习5分+职业年5分+翻译5分+雅思4个7 10分=65
2: 年龄30分+学历15分+两年学习5分+职业年5分+翻译5分+雅思4个7 10分=70
3: 年龄30分+学历15分+两年学习5分+职业年5分+翻译5分+工作1年 5分 = 65
可以看到,计算方法里除了有工作经验,不存在不考雅思7分就能到65分的情况, 而且还得配上职业年和翻译。如此, 正如一直强调的一样, 雅思才是王道!加油吧!
