The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the necessary skills and work or business experience:
- To liaise with the Managing Director to discuss the company’s advertised requirements
- To analyse, create, implement and report on strategy and performance
- To undertake market research
- To develop sales strategies and setting of sales targets, to be agreed with Managing Director
- To compile and analyse sales figures
- To report and make recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies regularly
- To handle client and customer projects and accounts
- To ensure the company functions effectively and make recommendations for and implement improvements
