Desired Skills and Experience
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated Test Engineer who is passionate about customer experience. You will be working in our Customer Lifecycle team looking at how we can improve our customer experience and delight our clients.
You will have demonstrable experience in both manual and automation testing across various test types (functional, system, usability, integration, regression). You will also have the following skills and experience:
lBroad experience in Defect Management and Test Management tools
lBasic SQL and programming experience
lPerformance, scalability and cloud robustness testing
lExperience with automated testing frameworks and tools
lA sound understanding of various Test Methodologies and Best Practice
lExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
lSound analytical and problem solving skills with experience in technical and requirement specification analysis
lExperience in a Scrum or Kanban based development team
lExperience in a similar, customer focused testing role preferable
