Job title: EDI Analyst/Mapper

Since 1988 we’ve been backing ourselves to deliver systemswhich leave more high-profile packages in their dust and we are now looking foran exceptional EDI Analyst / Mapper to join our tight knit team of more than 60quick witted colleagues; earning the respect of some of New Zealand’s biggestcorporates like Mainfreight, Green Acres, NZ Thoroughbred Racing, NZ DefenceForce, Ports of Auckland, Les Mills, and Interislander. You will be responsiblefor the design of EDI Maps between varying files and system formats, as well ascreating, maintaining and executing tests on EDI maps.

Skills

To be successful in this role youwill have at least one year/s of experience with EDI mapping, development, ortesting in the retail or shipping sector. You will also have the followingskills:

· Understanding of GTIN, GLN and EAN codes.

· Understanding of the EDIFACT, X12 and XML messageformats.

· a great trouble shooter of network connectivity forEDI Messaging

Ideally you will have exposure toretail supply chain processes and have a basic understanding of programmingsuch as Visual basic, C#, Java or SQL. Naturally you will have excellentcustomer communication skills as you will be providing customer support andassistance by answering queries regarding EDI messaging and making mappingalterations when required. Also some experience with Biztalk, Flow or similarmapping tools is ideal, as is some familiarity with VAN, FTP, AS2 connectivity.

But these systems don'toften stand on their own. We provide our clients systems for finance, issuemanagement, content management, EDI, RFID, customer portals, dashboards, BIreporting, 3rd party integration, mapping, and many more.
