UK China Student Union was established in 2003 and provides support to international students especially Chinese students in terms of study advice and student live in the UK. We have a team of dedicated staffs working in Brighton. We are looking to recruit an Educational Consultant that help Chinese students to integrate into their A level studies in the UK and improve their performance in Art and Design or related subjects.
- Implementing new methods to improve performance of Chinese students in A Level Art and Design and other related subjects
- Designing new procedures for effective private tuitions to Chinese students for A Level subject of Art and Design
- Providing private academic instruction to individuals or groups
- Assessing students learning to the required high standards
- Assisting in all elements of development monitoring of the students
- Delivering and developing effective, added value strategies to your students in line with their goals
- Gives regular report on teaching and students performance as a record of progress
- Attends department and team meetings and parents’ consultation meetings
- Provide information to Chinese students of Art and Design study in the UK
- Assist Chinese students to choose, apply and meet the requirements for Art and Design course at UK universities
- Most of the tuition and work will involve in both Chinese and English languages
- Commitment and enthusiasm for student learning in a variety of ways and a commitment in delivering an outstanding learning experience to students
- Readiness to be involved with teaching and learning support activities (i.e. holiday excursion) across the college and program
- The ability to work flexibly and effectively as an individual and team member
- Commitment to high professional and personal standards of work and of conduct
- Holds a degree in Art and Design or relevant
- Fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin
- Experience in teaching Art and Design to private or group of students
