KeyResponsibilities 
• Processing of accounts receivables and payable 
• Assist in month end journals including provisions and accruals 
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations 
• Lodging BAS return monthly
• Payroll processing 
• Assist in the preparation of tax obligations 
• Produce management and financial reports
• Trust account management andreconciliations
• Assist auditor to perform annual year endaudit
• Support rental management team on reconciliation of rental trust account
• Preparing expense claims

Key Attributes to the Successful Candidate

• Previous real estate trust accountingexperience is a plus.
• Have experience in using MYOB and RESTManagement System,
• Previous experience with multi-site operationsand preparation of multi-site management reports, including P&Ls,Balance Sheets and Cash Flows 
• Previous experience in a dynamic, fastpace environment, with proven ability to meet tight timeframes 
• Excellent communication skills and a can doattitude
