A recently sold property was such a joy to work on, I wanted to show the process here on WeChat. My team purchased this property last year with the idea of transforming the house into a mid-century modern contemporary home. This style is making a fast comeback in theUS, specifically in California.

今天，安美想跟大家分享一下最近刚卖出的这套旧房改造的独立屋，整个购买，改造，出售过程都很令人愉快。安美去年购买了这套旧房，当时的想法是想把它改造成一座中世纪的现代独立屋。这种风格这两年正在快速复出，特别是在加州。

While there was some obvious work to be completed, the house lines were perfect for renovation and the area was very hot for home sales.

原房有很多非常明显的更新和康复需求，但是房子的结构和其他各个系统都很完美，而且地理位置也很受欢迎。

We decided to keep the square footage and work on improving the colors, lighting, flooring and open up the kitchen a bit. Additionally, we looked at changing the look of the garage to represent the mid-century designs these homes are known for.

我们决定保留原房的实用面积，只在色彩，灯光，地面上进行改造，另外厨房一向都是亮点，要有开放式厨房。再加上，我们决定改变车库的外观，从而也能体现出典型的中世纪设计特点。

The 4 bed, 2 bath house is 1,650 sq. ft. We felt given the location, we could push $ 600,000 USD for a sale price. Keeping a strict renovation timeline was important. We set our goal for 12 weeks, and finished in 11.

4卧2卫，室内实用面积1650平方英尺（相当于154 ㎡），我们认为根据地理位置，售价应该能卖到60万美金。改造周期很重要，我们计划的周期为12周，但实际目标是11周。
