THE ROLE

Working within our Customer Service Department, the main purpose of this role is to manage the growing Chinese speaking customer base. You will be communicating with customers via email, online chat and telephone. In addition you will look after the VIP customers of the company’s various brands in order to maximise the revenue generated from such customers. You will also be required to attend monthly product meetings to contribute to the success of the brand.
