由中国西南美国商会、成都高新减灾研究所以及拜博口腔全国连锁联合举办的地震安全及牙齿亚健康知识讲座于2018年8月31日在成都锦江宾馆成功举行。此次讲座特邀国家“千人计划”人才，地震预警四川省重点实验室主任，成都高新减灾研究所所长王暾和拜博口腔医院牙周／口腔全科医师姚政希分别就地震安全和牙齿亚健康问题分享相关的防范知识、技能，并给出合理的建议。
On August 31st, 2018, AmCham along with the Institute of Care-Life and Bybo Dental Group successfully held the Seismic Safety and Dental Sub-health Knowledge Seminar at Jinjiang Hotel. AmCham sincerely invited Dr. Wang Tun, one of the “Thousand Talents Program of China”, Director of the Earthquake Early Warning Key Laboratory of Sichuan Province, Director of Institute of Care-life and Dr. Yao Zhengxi, periodontal doctor and general practitioner at Chengdu Bybo Dental Hospital to give their seminars as well as suggestions on seismic safety and dental sub-health issues respectively.
本次讲座吸引了青苗学校、环球医生、百汇班台、玫琳凯等美商会会员和朋友们的积极参与。现场气氛十分活跃，嘉宾们积极与两位主讲人就相关知识进行互动、交流。此外，锦江宾馆为来宾们提供了精美的茶歇，供来宾们尽情享用。
The seminar attracted Amcham member companies and friends including Beanstalk International Bilingual School, Global Doctor, Parkway and Mary Kay, etc. The guests all relished the lively atmosphere of the seminar. Ideas and conversations were exchanged between participants and guest speakers. In addition, Jinjiang Hotel prepared delicate desserts and beverages for the guests to enjoy.
讲座中，王暾博士主要讲解了地震预警现状和应急的基本常识，结合相应的地震知识视频进行详细解说。在王暾博士的指导下，嘉宾们了解到汶川地震这十年来，我国地震预警在社会各界的支持下从无到强，取得了突出成绩，并号召大家向家庭成员，亲朋好友广泛普及防震减灾知识。同时，嘉宾们也得到了很多应急措施的建议，如避险时要远离高楼、烟囱、高压线等。
During his seminar, Dr. Wang Tun introduced the current situation of earthquake early warning system and some basics on emergency response. Dr. Wang then elaborated on the topic by playing several videos about seismic knowledge. Participants learned that it has been ten years since the 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake, the early warning system has achieved significant development with the help from all section of society. Dr. Wang also called upon everyone to spread the knowledge of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation among colleagues, families and friends. At the same time, participants gained useful suggestions on emergency self-rescue, such as staying away from buildings, chimneys and high voltage cables.
接着，姚政希医生为大家讲解了牙周病，牙菌斑的危害，分享了病因、症状、缓解和治疗方法。倡导大家选择健康的生活方式、重视牙齿的保洁、关爱牙部健康。互动环节时，姚政希医生还为到场嘉宾做了牙齿检查，回答了每位嘉宾的问题并给出了是否用药、就医的建议。
The second seminar was given by Dr. Yao Zhengxi on periodontal disease, harms of dental plaque and its causes, symptoms and treatments. Dr. Yao advocated participants to pay attention to dental hygiene and a healthy lifestyle. In the interactive session, Dr. Yao performed oral examinations for participants, answered their questions on dental issues and gave corresponding medical advice.
