高尔夫这项运动，自1980年起在澳洲经济繁荣时期开始盛行，不少高尔夫物业也因此而诞生。我们的客户往往都居住在高尔夫别墅中，一周3场球以上，高尔夫就是他们生活的全部。老两口每一年都会选择一个国家来一次“高尔夫度假“。说到中国，70岁左右的客户往往和我们谈到改革开放时期来中国打球的经历，如今，自2008年奥运会后再次来到中国，即便我们询问无数次他们打球的感想，结果都在老人们的笑容中找到了满意的答复。
