The Organization


CFG GLOBAL is a fast growing financial service company located in Auckland CBD. We have been in this industry for many years.With many energetic and passionate employees, we have a dynamic work environment. The Role


Our company is experiencing an expanding. Now we are seeking for two clients service representatives. As a Client Service representative, you will be required to provide assistance, advice and information to clients. In addition you will provide practical solutions to problems, provide customers with clear and concise information, follow up new and existing clients, handle inbound inquiries via phone, email and live chat as well as ensure product, system,industry and compliance knowledge is always up to date. The ideal person need to be able to handlethe office work and also has a outgoing personality to work out of the office.
