自去年10月执行的商业银行低首付贷款限制政策预期将迎来有限度的松绑，而本周储备银行将公布松绑的尺度。

该政策要求新西兰境内商业银行的房贷中，首付不足2成的不得超过新增贷款总量的10%，预期这一比例可能会有所调整。

"They find themselves in a world where the current interest rate pressure is less than they expected and probably house price inflation is a bit lower than they expected. In fact most of the content of the current inflation rate is related to housing but it's lower than everyone thought it would be," 财政部长Bill English说。

不过，他没有给出具体的时间表。独立运作的储备银行会在本周给出更具体的方案。
