An exciting opportunity has opened to work within bustling Heathrow Airport for a Chinese speaking candidate. Our clients, a luxury boutique located within Heathrow’s large Terminal 2, are able to offer a position dealing with high value items and the customers these attract. As such, the successful candidate will find themselves not only with access to the many highbrow stores that Heathrow features, but alongside the elite on a weekly basis.

This is a part time position, with a negotiable number of hours (between 15 and 22.5 per week) split over three weekly shifts. These shifts may include early mornings and late evenings, as Terminal 2 is open between 5:30am and 10:15pm, so a close proximity to Heathrow Airport is an advantage.

Key responsibilities:

1. Welcome every customer and provide the best customer experience

2. Drive and achieve objectives and be accountable for sales results

3. Remain up to date with trends impacting customer engagement with our product lines

3. Engage with customers to develop customer relationship in order to create brand loyalty

4. Perform as a team player, participating and contributing towards objectives

5. Ensure customers are acknowledged and understand their needs

6. Advise customers across the brand and all product categories

7. Learn and master the brand and product knowledge

8. Manage stock levels

The Ideal Candidate:

1. The ability to work well and adapt in a fast paced environment

2. Great team player and outgoing

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Positive working attitude and strong drive for results

5. Able to speak fluent Chinese and English

5. Relevant experiences in luxury retail preferred
