Support the Web Marketing team responsible for delivering a range of online marketing activities. This is a full-time role providing valuable administrative support to the Senior Web Analyst carrying out tasks both individually and as part of a team.

The role will be split into two main areas:

-   A big focus for this role will be link building. Being able to regularly reach out and contact influential bloggers to help build the company’s online profile will be crucial for this position. Any past experience in link building or blogger outreach will be an advantage

-   In addition to link building you will be supporting a variety of online activities and in particular SEO projects. Duties will involve carrying out audits, using analytics for industry research, reporting, SEO tasks such as writing metadata, insights and recommendations as well as ad-hoc tasks as and when required

-   Assist the marketing team in daily tasks and support the team in the run up to a major brand campaign or project work involving online search and content marketing

-   Providing conclusive industry insights using research tools such as Google Trends, Google Analytics, keyword tools and a variety of analytics packages

-   Contacting bloggers and keeping an organised contact book for regular marketing campaigns

-   Supporting the marketing team with the latest industry trends related to search marketing / SEO and sharing news and opinions with the team internally

-   Support the team in producing SEO audits and monitoring company performance

-   Regular reporting using spread sheets and analytics data

-   The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation

-   Excellent verbal and written business English

-   Good grammar and writing skills

-   Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task

-   Previous experience in an office environment
