We have joined together with Ms. Vanessa Wu and Executive Chef Mr. Sun from Aiyara Center Co., Ltd., who are train the talented team of chefs that serve the Royale Family in Thailand. Now their Thai Chef team will be presenting all kinds of authentic Thai cuisine at our Constellation All-day Dining Restaurant for daily Thai lunch set menu or dinner buffet in Thai style till September 28th.
酒店与来自泰国爱雅娜泰国菜餐饮策划有限公司首席厨师Vanessa Wu首度合作，爱雅娜泰国菜餐饮策划有限公司在泰国主要为皇室成员提供优秀的厨师。九月，Vanessa及其泰籍厨师团队将在酒店二楼“星璨”全日餐厅的每日午餐零点及自助晚餐时间为食客提供最原汁原味的泰餐。
Thai Dishes
Thai cuisine is world renowned for its spicy flavor and strong aromatic components. During the promotion period, classic Thai recipes such as Tom Yum Kung; a hot and sour soup made with fragrant Thai lemongrass, Tom Kha Gai; a deliciously light coconut milk soup made with delicately sliced chicken and Phanaeng curry will be served in the restaurant by using traditional ingredients imported directly from Thailand.
泰式菜肴通常用浓郁的香料成份来诠释各种美味并以其独特辛辣的重口感而著称，香茅海鲜、凉拌酸辣剁肉、虾肉饼、泰式药叶炸鸡翅...... 20多道经典泰式菜品，全部由泰籍大厨亲自奉上，当然，各式传统经典的泰国菜式必不可少。

With tranquil classical Thai music being played in the background and waiters dressed in traditional Thai fabrics. Thai entertainers Mr. Big & Boss will perform traditional Thai dance and chef Sun will demonstrate Thai style fruit carving skills during dining time. You will surely feel as though you have been transported to the land of smiles.
