About your new opportunity:
As we are online based company, you will be communicating with clients through email, phone, and social media platforms such as WeChat. You will be working with direct clients to qualify what travellers are looking for and then create personalised and highly memorable itineraries. You'll be working towards commission targets so building your customer relationships and satisfaction will be critical to your success in this role.
You will be:
Starting as a part-time role (2-3 days a week) and then turn to full-time in 3-6 months according to performance
Using your travel experience to sell the products and destinations you love
Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, via WeChat and email
Reply to all clients’ enquiries, and preparing quotes accordingly
Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintain financial documents
Booking the services and issuing vouchers
Advising customers of travel regulations, visas, and local customs
Using Sabre to book air-tickets, if you not familiar with this GDS we will train you
All about you:
Exceptional customer service
Attention to detail is a MUST
Ability to think outside the box for creating all types of travel itineraries including flights, tours and hotels
Extensive travel product knowledge
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and can demonstrate proven sales ability
Ability to work within a team and also has the initiative to work on their own
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Ideally has international and domestic travel experience
Similar work experiences will be preferred but not necessary
Advanced computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
Over 12 months unrestricted work rights within Australia
