What other people say doesn't matter to me.
其他人说什么和我无关。
I don't care what anyone says.
我才不在乎别人说什么。
I'm not concerned about what they may say.
我不关心别人说了什么。

例如：

大家都说你是个骗子！
I'm not concerned about what they may say.
