▪ Prospect, call and qualify important merchants that can bring their competitive range of products, pricing and product availability to the Amazon marketplace

▪ Work with merchants as an account manager – helping them to launch and grow their business on Amazon by ensuring they understand our products, services, systems and tools

▪ Deliver and report on a set of business development targets for your portfolio of 3rd party merchants

▪ Use the feedback from the merchants you manage to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems and tools for all of our 3rd party merchants

▪ Work with different parts of the Amazon business to implement improvement projects, including working with category teams, product teams and technical support teams both in the UK and internationally.

▪ High standard of education or compensating work experience

▪ Strong Direct Sales skills and a proven track record of performance

▪ 2.1 degree and above or equivalent 

▪ Highly organised and results oriented

▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills

▪ Strong analytical skills

▪ People management and mentoring skills

▪ Demonstrated track record of success in a sales role or cold calling would be advantageous

▪ Mandarin or German language skills advantageous

▪ Experience in e-commerce

▪ Experience in B2B sales, account management, product management or management consulting
