为了给学生搭建锻炼能力的平台，2017年5月25日，长春市实验中学国际部召开了第五届学生会换届仪式。中午12:20，国际部的全体学生准时集合在了一楼报告厅，等待着仪式的召开。

At May 25^th, 2017, Changchun Experimental High school International Division convened the fifth session of the student council in order to increase student’s ability about self control. At 12:20 all the students gathered in the conference hall waiting for the ceremony.

秉承着国际部的细致化教育理念，国际部张主任和加方Chad 校长对学生会工作做了前期的指导，并在培训会中提出了对学生干部的殷切期望。在仪式的开始Chad校长进行致辞，他的演讲不但包含对上一届学生会成员的评价而且还对新一届的学生会成员给予了厚望，希望他们可以在未来的一年里给学校带来更为积极的变化。

According to the detailed education theory, Director May and Principal Chad made guidance to the students council and they all hoped that the students coucil could do a lot in the future for students. The first part of ceremony is principal Chad gave us a speech. His speech not only included the evaluation for the fourth student council but also included the hope to the new student council.

之后，第四届学生会主席马小贺同学上台进行了年度工作汇报，在过去的一年中学生会参与了学校许多重大的活动，大大减少了老师们的工作压力，实实在在的完成了学生会的本职工作,并希望新一届的学生会成员能够真诚的为同学老师服务，履行自己的职责。

After that, the chairman of fourth student council Irina had a speech to summarize her working during the last year. In the past, student council participated in lots of school ‘s activities and released teacher’s pressure significantly.

紧接着，由第四届学生会成员给新一届学生会成员颁发了勋章，新一届学生会主席张琴同学带领第五届学生会成员进行宣誓并表达了自己对老师们的感谢和对未来工作的计划，完美的完成了学生会交接仪式。

Further more, the members of the fourth student council gave medal to the new student council and the new chairman Kylin also had a speech about expressing her appreciation to the teachers.

在交接仪式完成后，学校颁发了志愿者证书，数名同学牺牲自己的课余时间与老师一起志愿参与招生的活动，他们积极为学校宣传，为学校的发展创造了价值与贡献。

When we finished the ceremony of student council , the school awarded volunteer certificates to some students. Those people spent their leisure time on students recruitment activities. Their behavior bring value to the future development of school.

最后Sally进行了仪式总结，她表达了对现在各个班级学习效果的肯定，并针对本学期最后一个月各个年级的发展目标作出了规划。学生会是一个学校的象征，同时也是老师们坚实的臂膀。学生会的存在让学校的管理与发展更加完善。在学生自主管理的同时，学生的个人能力也得到了显著的提升。老师与同学们一起期待着新一届学生会的光彩与能力的展现，他们将发挥自己的才能，用最大的努力帮助学校创造新的奇迹。

Finally Sally had a speech to summarize the whole ceremony and explained a plan about our school. Student council is a symbol of a school and it also can be an assistant for teachers. Student council not only can make the management of school better, but it also can enhance student’s personal ability. Our teacher and students are waiting for the new student council to make miracles through their efforts in the future.
